CCU Graduate Named Student Teacher of the Year

The Education Department would like to CONGRATULATE CCU graduate Laura Jones

We are pleased to announce that one of our 2011 CCU Education graduates was just recognized as the recipient of the Ohio Association of Teacher Education Outstanding Student Teacher award for 2012. Laura Jones will be honored at the OATE award dinner held Thursday March 22 at the OATE conference in Columbus. Laura Jones competed against all student teachers nominated in the 51 colleges and universities in Ohio. Our congratulations to Laura on receiving this well deserved award!

NACC CCU Alumni Skyline Dinner

A FREE Skyline Chili and ice cream reception is being presented for alumni on CCU’s campus, Wednesday, July 6th, 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.

Please come to visit the campus, enjoy a great meal and spend time with old friends while sharing fond memories.

Shuttle Buses will be provided to and from the NACC Convention downtown. Buses will board at Elm St. in front of the Cincinnati Convention Center.

No reservations are needed.

Alumni Homecoming

The 2009 CCU Homecoming Night will take place January 20^th. On this night CCU will be playing their great rivals, Kentucky Christian University, which always proves to be an exciting game.

There will be a hospitality room featuring Montgomery Inn Barbeque for all alumni and a time of special recognitions during halftime.

The CCU women’s game begins at 6:00pm and the men follow at 8:00pm.

Also between the women and men’s games the annual Returning Alumni Game will take place.

Don’t miss out on joining us in cheering on our CCU athletes past and present!!!

Alumni Reunions

Each year reunions are planned for the 5, 10, 20, 25, 30, 40, 50, 55 and 60 year classes and are held in conjunction with IMPACT! each fall.
The reunion class dinners for 2008 will take place on November 7 at 5:00pm. It is a great time of fun, food, and fellowship.
Following the dinner, at 7:00pm, is a program in the chapel which ALL CCU alumni are invited to attend.
