Requests for transcripts may be filled out in person, mailed, faxed or scanned and emailed to the Registrar’s Office. In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), the student’s signature is required to complete a request for transcript.

• All financial obligations to CCU must be satisfied before transcripts will be released.
• Transcripts are processed on Monday’s and Tuesday’s, please allow 5-7 days for processing.
