The College of Adult Learning awards Bachelor of Science degrees in two different professional tracks. Each degree program requires a total of 132 semester hours for graduation; 54 hours in the professional core, plus 43 hours of general education and 35 hours of electives.
You can earn a degree to prepare yourself to serve in the church or in non-profit and for-profit organizations.
1. Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies with a professional core in Leadership and Ministry. This degree will provide you with the tools to do ministry in the local church or for Christian not-for-profit companies.
2. Bachelor of Science degree in Biblical Studies with a professional core in Management and Ethics. This degree will prepare you to enter the professional world or to further your studies in graduate school.
Our degree in Leadership and Ministry is designed to:
- give the adult student a strong biblical foundation with additional emphasis in various styles and forms of leadership
- provide practical applications in the areas of pastoral counseling and Christian worldview
- allow you to study under experienced professors instructing you in Organizational Leadership, Theology, Small Groups, Discipleship and Programming Strategies and more
Our degree in Management and Ethics is designed to:
- give the adult student a strong biblical foundation with additional emphasis in organizational and business oversight
- provide ethical and moral decisions faced by a Christian in today’s global marketplace
- allow you to study under experienced professors instructing you in the spectrum of business fields: accounting, economics, management, marketing, and technology.
Graduates of this fully accredited program have gone on to receive their MBAs and to serve in management positions in some of the area’s most successful businesses and non-profit corporations.
