• has served for sixteen years as an adjunct professor in the field of ministry, in conjunction with working in ministry (three years as a full-time professor).
• was recently the senior minister at the First Church of Christ in Xenia, Ohio.

• has experienced good success in turning churches around which were in serious long-term decline.
• has a bachelor’s degree, three Master’s degrees and a Doctorate.
• has completed all five levels of church consultant training offered by Southern Seminary in Louisville and have consulted with several churches which were facing challenges.
• has spoken in more than 300 churches for revivals, spiritual depth weekends, men’s retreats, special lectures, teacher training, leadership training, etc. during the last forty-five years.
