The Cincinnati Christian University Counseling & Family Studies Department warmly welcomes all prospective students into our Department, and we are pleased with your interest in our programs of study. The Department offers three degree programs, each designed to assist prospective students in answering a calling into the Christian ministry. We request that you read carefully the descriptions and requirements of our programs to ascertain that you are applying for the program that meets your academic and career goals. Application InformationThe Cincinnati Christian University Counseling & Family Studies Department accepts applications for admission into the Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program during the fall and spring semesters. Admission into the MAC program is competitive; thus, the MAC Faculty and Staff encourage all prospective applicants to carefully review all application materials to ensure they are complete, accurate, and free of errors. Once an application is complete, it will be reviewed by the MAC Faculty. Incomplete applications will not be reviewed. Once the application review process is completed, all applicants will be notified whether they will be offered an interview with the MAC Faculty. When interviews are complete, all applicants will be notified whether they will be offered admission into the MAC program. Important DatesPotential applicants for the Master of Arts in Counseling (MAC) program may apply and interview during either the fall or spring application periods. Fall applicants (October interviews) may begin courses in the subsequent spring semester. Spring applicants (March interviews) may begin courses in the subsequent fall semester.
