At CCU, Student Financial Services (SFS) provides a “one-stop” approach to assisting you with financial aid and your student account. When you visit our office in President’s Hall, you will be greeted by one of our Student Financial Services Representatives who will be happy to answer many of your questions and guide you through the completion of financial aid paperwork. Our staff wants to help you understand your financial aid and your student account – starting from the application process. We provide you with information about payment options, as well as a number of other services including:
- Answers regarding student finances: financial aid, scholarships, and student accounts
- Receive payments
- Process requests for refunds from student accounts
- Cash personal checks up to $100
- Commuter Meal Plans
- Bookstore Debit Accounts
An insufficient fund check returned to CCU by the bank will result in a $25 service charge against the account of the student on which the check was presented.
The SFS Office is located on the upper level of Presidents Hall in the Student Services Wing. Office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:30 am to 4:15 pm and Friday 9:00 am to 4:15 pm. (effective 11/21/11)
Extended hours will be offered at the start of each semester.
