CCU requires that all full-time college students have health insurance coverage. Each full-time student is automatically charged the premium for the university-sponsored plan upon registration. Students who have coverage under another policy (family policy or private carrier) may complete an online insurance waiver and receive a refund of the automatic premium charge. Online waivers must be completed each year.
The premium for the 2009-10 school year is $522. Students may complete the waiver online between May 15 and September 4, 2009 by clicking here. There will be no refund of premium charges after September 4, 2009.
