Worship training for today's churches!

CCU offers a degree program in Worship Ministry within the Bachelor of Science in Biblical Studies or the Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies degree.

The program has already met with great success and much interest, and we have watched our first graduates from the program find vital worship ministry positions. Under the initiative of Dr. Ken Read and led by the music and worship faculty, the Worship Ministry program trains worship leaders who have natural musical ability to prepare for worship ministry in today's churches. The program focuses more on contemporary pop styles of music, and covers both practical and theoretical aspects of worship, as well as courses in Bible, theology, and ministry training.

Cincinnati Christian University is aware of the current needs in churches for traditional, contemporary and post-contemporary styles of worship, and we equip students in all areas. Like other ministry degrees, the program in worship ministry has an extensive internship, working under a professional in the field.
