Students planning on graduating need to complete an Intent to Graduate form. By filing the Intent to Graduate form, students ensure they are awarded their specific degree and have met the requirements for graduation. Students must complete and submit an Intent to Graduate form with the Enrollment Services Office by the posted date on the form.

There is a fee associated with filing an intent to graduate form. Filing this form will initiate an official audit from the registrar detailing what classes you need to complete in order to graduate.

August 2013 Graduates - Applications are due by Friday, April 12, 2013. 
After April 12th, fees are doubled and applications will only be accepted until June 1, 2013.

December 2013 Graduates - Applications are due by Monday, May 20, 2013. 
After May 20th, fees are doubled and applications will only be accepted until October 1, 2013.

Forms can be submitted in person, through the mail or via fax. The fax number is: (513) 244-8453.  Completed forms with payment must be submitted to the Enrollment Services Office by the stated deadline. Forms will be accepted for a time after the deadline but the fee will be doubled.
