Consortium: Academic & Enrollment Limitations
Students must be in good academic standing to take classes through the Consortium. If a student is on Academic Warning, Semester Warning or Probation they are not eligible to take classes through the Consortium.
- Students are limited to 2 classes or 6 hours at the host school during the Fall and Spring Semesters. Exceptions are sometimes made to allow 7 hours when one of the classes involves a one-hour lab.
- Students are to be enrolled at least half time at CCU to qualify for the Consortium. The general rule is that part time students can take one half the number of hours they are registered for at CCU through the Consortium.
- Seminars and workshops are not open to Consortium students. The host school can also restrict any other class they choose.
