Instructions

• Print In-School Deferment Form
• Complete sections 1 and 2, and sign section 3 as the borrower
• Fill in your anticipated graduation YEAR in section 4, we will provide the date
• Include a fax number or mailing address for us to send your verification to your loan company
• Mail, fax or email your completed form to the Registrar’s Office
