The Russell School of Ministry at Cincinnati Christian University gives students and other church leaders an outstanding opportunity to expand their leadership education through a series of practical ministry courses. The inspiration for the program came from the lives and ministries of Bob and Judy Russell. Bob and Judy spent over 40 years in ministry and helped build Southeast Christian Church, Louisville, Kentucky--the largest Christian church in the United States.
The courses will be selected under the direction of Dr. Mike Shannon, Dean of Cincinnati Bible Seminary and will be taught by experienced and well-known professors. Bob Russell will be a regular guest lecturer in each class. Students will receive a certificate on completion of the four one-week modules. The four module courses may also be used to fulfill course requirements in either the MAR or MDiv degrees.
In addition to providing excellent and practical ministry training, through the Russell School of Ministry Cincinnati Christian University plans to raise $1 million dollars for a scholarship fund for preaching students. The Bob Russell Scholarship Fund will provide excellent scholarship opportunities for future preachers.
