The School of Business aims to meet this mission by producing business leaders with a service orientation who are prepared to navigate the complexity, ambiguity, and differing perspectives often encountered in today’s changing business environment. This program integrates faith into business curriculum without sacrificing program quality.
A Bachelors degree in Business Management or Organizational Management equips students with the tools necessary to be effective leaders in organizations with a variety of stakeholders. The sequence of courses covers core competencies that employers are looking for in their new hires: accounting, economics, organizational management, marketing, strategic planning, and information technology.
